For our public transit services, we always look to ensure that they are attractive, flexible, and reliable. We constantly develop our transport offerings with our bus, taxi, limousine, and last mile solutions to reduce our carbon footprint on the streets of Doha.

In our internal ‘Green starts small’ projects we encourage our staff on a personal level to reduce electricity and water consumption. We give our drivers the opportunity to plant vegetables and herbs. On company level we have acquired latest energy-saving equipment for our workshops, we re-use and recycle tons of waste every month.

We are determined to fulfill sustainability in our premises, starting from saving as much as possible on power, electricity, and water. We re-use our old vehicle tires as lane fences in car racing clubs.

During the past few years, we have signed many sustainability-oriented partnership agreements with stakeholders to achieve innovative solutions and initiatives for making Qatar’s environment greener and healthier. Some of those initiatives focus on suitability within our premises and inside Karwa City accommodation. Recently we have started using BioBin organic waste convertors that turn food waste from the staff canteen into useful products, such as compost and organic fertilizer. The overarching green initiative included the development of walking and jogging tracks, more recreational spaces, and garden beds.
